It is not necessary for you to be home during the time of install, provided there is access to powered outdoor outlets. Our lighting crew will test the lights after putting them up to be certain all connections are securely fit.
All lights and decorations come with a warranty as long as we are performing the installation and removal. The lights are tested at the time of install and quality of workmanship guaranteed. We will provide maintenance throughout the holiday season in case we need to replace a bulb, strand, or timer, and then remove lights at the end of the holiday season. Adding lights other than those we have supplied and installed voids the warranty.
Our service is a lease program which includes installation, maintenance, removal and storage of all lights. These are custom fitted to your house according to the design you choose and we can change out the bulbs to a different color or colors upon request.
Unfortunately, we cannot install lights you already own. We use high quality, commercial grade products and strive to deliver a safe, dependable, and stunning display for you.
Please call, text or email our office to let us know about the issue you’re having and we will have someone out within 24 hours to repair the lights.
Of course! Prior to your install date, please give us a call and we'll discuss what additional lighting you'd like to have done and we'll get your order updated for our install team. If the team has already done the install and you're wanting more sparkle, call us with your request and we will schedule another install date for you.
Our removal period is throughout the month of January. We send text messages out to notify you when we'll be removing lights in your area. We run our crews to take down all the lights of our customers in a neighborhood. You do not need to be home for us during the removal process. If weather conditions (like frozen lines) prevent us from removing lights safely, we will contact you with rescheduling updates.
For the safety of our crew, certain weather conditions prevent us from doing installations. We will reach out to you via email and text if there has to be a rescheduling and typically try to get you installed as soon as possible once the weather clears.
